How long should an exterior paint job last here?
With real prep and weather-grade paint, 8-12 years on wood siding and longer on fiber cement. Skip the prep and it can start peeling in 2. That is why we scrape, sand, prime bare wood, and caulk every gap first.
Do you paint aluminum and vinyl siding?
Yes — both take paint well with the right primer, and repainting costs far less than residing. Color choice matters on vinyl (heat absorption), and we will steer you right.
What about decks, fences, and concrete?
All of it — deck staining and sealing, fence work, and decorative concrete staining for patios and walkways. If it is outside and needs a finish, it is our work.
